Day 46-Holly Inn 9.5 Miles

                Only 9.5 miles to do today and we would be at the famous Pine Grove General Store and A.T. Museum, home of the half gallon challenge. Which none of us would complete because they were out of ice cream, we had been told about the half gallon challenge for weeks so when I got there and they were out of ice cream we were pretty disappointed. Nevertheless, we would be going to a nice little Inn for the night so we couldn't be too disappointed. One of the owners of the Holly Inn, Mrs. Cindy, agreed to drive the 4 miles to come pick us up at the Appalachian Trail Museum. Mrs. Cindy was a saint and gave us a great tour of Mt. Holly Springs.
